Community Garage Sale

Update: We raised over $2,600!! (so far)

A Letter of Thanks!

To everyone who donated items to sell and who gave time to set up, helped during the sale, and with clean-up.

We truly did have a community sale! Everyone was generous and responsive to the invitation to make something happen for the W.H.O.

We always enjoy interacting with all St Andrew folks and extending that to our local neighbors and friends. Reaching out to the community at large increases knowledge of SALC and the function and need for W.H.O. This idea seemed like a great way to do just that.

It was a busy and successful day. The repeated refrain, “Keep the change!” also made a big difference.

And each time one of you wished us well in the endeavor, it felt like a hands-on blessing or an actual prayer!

Many thanks to you all,

Gail Sieckman and MaryBeth LaCornu
